PROFILE
SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Nahreen I. Khan is a human geographer with more than 18 years of research, teaching and policy formulation experience in Bangladesh and Germany. She has in- depth teaching, research and project management experience in areas of development cooperation and multi-partite relationship management amongst government, academia and non- government agencies (NGOs). She also has significant experience in media and worked in several television and print media as program producer, presenter and feature writer.
Dr. Khan pursued her PhD in Geography of Service, Communication and Knowledge innovation from the University of Marburg, Germany; and also has a Bachelor and a Master degree in Geography and Environment from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh and a second Master degree in Environmental Governance along with Sustainability , Policy Analysis and Environmental Conflict Management from University of Freiburg, Germany.
